Its chat window loads on the pages of this website and receives technical data such as your browser, the page you are on and your approximate location based on your IP address. When you use the chat, send the contact form or a job application, subscribe to the newsletter or email support@megga.ai, Intercom also processes on our behalf your name and email address if you provide them, and your messages.

  • This data is stored in the United States. Intercom, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks.
  • The chat window sets cookies on this website, prefixed “intercom-”, to recognise your conversation between visits. They are used for support only. This website also sets one cookie, megga_lang, for one year, to remember the language you choose.

5. Data retention

Your information will be stored only for as long as it’s needed:

  • Messages and applications: as long as needed to handle them
  • Newsletter sign-ups: used until you unsubscribe, deleted on request
  • Technical data sent by the chat window: kept with your conversation in Intercom
